How should I clean off contaminants like bugs, tar, or bird droppings?

Start by rinsing the area with a hose or pressure washer. If needed, use a soft microfiber towel for stubborn spots. Always dry the surface afterward to prevent hard water spots from forming.

How often should I wash my car with a Graphene coating?

Wash as often as needed when you notice build-up on the surface. A simple wash with a mild detergent helps prevent excessive road contaminants and keeps your coating performing at its best.

What’s the best way to wash my car at home?

Use a soft mitt and gentle automotive soap, followed by rinsing with a garden hose or pressure washer. Avoid abrasive tools like brushes or clay bars that can scratch the coating. Dry the car with microfiber cloths to prevent water spots and achieve maximum shine.

Can I use a touchless car wash or wax on my Graphene-coated vehicle?

A touchless car wash is fine, but stick to the basic package and avoid spray-on waxes—they can clog the coating and reduce its hydrophobic properties. Don’t apply traditional waxes either, as they can leave an undesirable white residue.

What are some tips for maintaining my Graphene coating?

Avoid washing in direct sunlight to prevent streaking or spotting. Use separate buckets and mitts for wheels and tires to prevent cross-contamination, and always dry the vehicle completely after washing to avoid mineral deposits.
